Delusions in Modern Primitivism

Caught a real, slick flick on Sundance last night called, Delusions in Modern Primitivism. The film is an 18-minute documentary look at a heavily tattooed and pierced, goofy, white guy (you know the type) and his search for the newest, most extreme type of body art – scarification by bullet wound.

The film plays out in a darkly amusing way before delivering a visceral climax that left Sa Rah and I saying, “No way!”

Come to find out, it’s a mockumentary, but damn, they had us fooled.

is it a mockumentary?

    1. sadly, my internalized racism for goofy white guys (you know the type) knows no bounds. and, as such, proves for too many looks of goofy white (you know the type) consternation gazing back at me from the mirror.
